Peroneal (fibular) nerve conditions

Peroneal, also called fibular, nerve conditions can involve the common nerve or its deep or superficial branches. The nerve questionnaire distinguishes these branches.

The actual record identifies the common, superficial or deep branch. This page does not choose a nerve rating code or percentage.
